These modern and tastefully furnished holiday apartments enjoy a perfect seaside holiday location, literally just a few steps from the blue Adriatic, in front of the picturesque fishing village Stanici in the sunny south of Croatia.

The owner who lives in the house is always mindful of your privacy, but is happy to assist with any queries. You can hire a motorboat from him on request and at a small supplementary charge. Your pet is also welcome on request.

Right in the centre of Stanici, about 150 metres away, you can find all everyday essentials: shops, markets and a good range of cafes and restaurants. In the town Omis about 4km there is nightlife. In the centre of Stanici there is a bus stop with regular connections into town.

Restaurants, bars and supermarkets are 100 m away from the apartment. A picturesque town of Omis is only 4 km away from the apartment. Split 1700 years old town with its Diocletian's Palace, is 28 km far away from the apartment. Beautiful city of Dubrovnik, that should definitely visit is 190 km far away from the Stanići. You can practice rafting on the river Cetina, nearby Omiš.

On the private balcony you will feel as if you are floating right above the blue Adriatic. It is ideal fo relaxing on the sun loungers with a view over the sea. You can also use the sunny terrace down in front of the house. From there it is just 50 steps down a short flight of stone stairs to the concrete beach, where sun loungers are also provided.

The holiday apartment is on the first floor of the two-storey residential house, whose lower floor is occupied by the owner. It is around 100 stairs far from the road. It consists of an open living and dining room with an integrated kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom. The living room has a round dining table with five chairs, a TV and a radio. The kitchen next to it is equipped with ceramic hob, a disheasher, an oven, a microwave, a fridge with a freezer compartment, a toaster and plenty of crockery and cutlery. One of the two bedrooms is furnished with a large double bed, the other with two single beds that can also be pushed together as a double bed. The bathroom has a shower cubicle, a washbasin with a wall mirror, a hairdryer and a toilet. A supplementary bed for a fifth person can be provided on request (please note this on your booking). Towels, bed linen and wireless Internet access are included in the rental price.

There are two barbeques. The first one is nearby apartment and the other one is on the terrace on the beach. The terrace is romantically illuminated where you can enjoy in a peaceful and beautifull nights.

    “Tolle Lage, sehr schönes Apartmentund besonders nette Vermieter.
    Zufahrt nicht bis zum Haus möglich, daher Stufengängigkeit erforderlich. Für uns war das zugleich Fittness jeden Tag.Kleine Gepäckstücke sind von Vorteil. Der Garten und die Lage sind paradiesisch.”
