Two-room luxury apartment Alpenblick***** for 1-4 people, with a 15m² south-west-facing balcony and an impressive alpine panorama, in an absolutely quiet but central location at the end of a cul-de-sac

The living room has designer furnishing including an additional double bed 180cm wide, a dining table and four chairs, an LCD flatscreen TV, a PC, free wireless Internet access, Skype, fax and a copier, current DVDs, CDs, a small library, board games and children’s games. The bedroom provides an extra-large double bed (220cm), an LCD TV and a large walk-in wardrobe with plenty of storage space. The well-equipped built-in kitchen includes a microwave, an oven with a grill function, a dishwasher, an extractor fan, a ceramic hob, a fridge with a freezer compartment, coffee machine, toaster, kettle and all other kitchen utensils. The very modern bathroom is fitted with a bath with a raindance shower, an illuminated washbasin, a towel radiator, a separate WC, a hairdryer, a makeup mirror and a window. The wardrobe with a mirror in the hallway can be used as additional storage space.

A deckchair, a table, four chairs and an electric grill on the 10m² south-west-facing balcony invite you outdoors, where you can enjoy a beautiful view of Seefeld and the Alps. The basement has storage space for skis and bicycles. There are plenty of private parking spaces in front of the house.

The apartment is non-smoking. You can smoke on the partially roofed balcony. A highchair and a children’s travel bed can be provided free of charge. There is a daily fresh bread and rolls delivery service.

    “Das Haus liegt in einer Sackgasse und ist entsprechend ruhig. Alle Geschäfte und Restaurants sind zu Fuß in 5-10 min erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist sehr hell, moden und sehr chic eingerichtet. Es wirkt alles sehr neu. Die Küche ist absolut top ausgestattet. Vom Balkon hat man einen tollen Blick in die Berge. Die Wohung wirkte sehr gepflegt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können die Wohnung weiter empfehlen.”
