This complex in southern Lanzarote is located in between the national park Timanfaya and the popular tourist destination Puerto del Carmen. You can enjoy ocean views all the way to Fuerteventura from here.

This finca offers everything for a relaxing and exciting holiday. A soothing interior with soft, Mediterranean colours. Exceptional architecture, integrated into the landscape. A large, terraced tropical garden with many sun patios and little niches, where you can rest and relax. Two solar heated swimming pools with covered areas. A lovely playground. Enjoy the barbecue area, communally accessible to all of our guests. There is even a large dining table, where you can enjoy a communal meal as a group.

All Casas are separate from each other, ensuring your privacy during your stay.

Peace and quiet and privacy with stunning ocean and panoramic views

This holiday home sits above the finca and was built in 2016. Natural materials, warm, Mediterranean colours and a beautiful design offer a relaxing atmosphere. Enjoy the combination of rustic environment and modern amenities.

The 90 m² house boasts three double bedrooms, two en suite bathrooms and an open plan living room/kitchen. Each bedroom is furnished with a 180 x 200 cm double bed. High end wooden floors and beautiful decorations offer a cosy atmosphere. Spacious wardrobes offer plenty of storage space. The third bedroom has access to the patio. Both bathrooms have been beautifully designed in a Mediterranean colour scheme. One bathroom houses a washing machine. One bathroom is ensuite, while the second bathroom is accessible from two bathrooms. At the heart of the house is the stunning living room with the cosy sofas. The open plan kitchen is fully furnished, including a four burner ceran stove, an oven and a dishwasher. There is a large, round dining table with six upholstered rattan chairs, where you can enjoy your meals together. . The living room and all bedrooms are furnished with a flat screen smart television. The satellite televisions display German and international television channels and offer internet access. There are several CD7DVD players, a radio, an mp3 player with iPod/iPhone and USB docking stations. Wi-Fi is also included in the rental price.

A beautiful pergola grants access to the private, cosy patio with a barbecue and the beautiful, lush garden, where you can relax. It is just a short stroll to the sun bed, from where you can enjoy views over the landscape and all the way to Fuerteventura.

    “Das über 200 Jahre alte Haus wirkt mit seiner Architektur beinahe untypisch für Lanzarote. Die Lage ist gut und bietet zudem Sicht auf das Meer. Das Haus liegt mitten in einem großen Garten mit schönen Kakteen und Pflanzen. Ein praktisches Haus, pflegeleicht und für Familien wohl sehr geeignet, weil es auch zweckmäßig eingerichtet ist.
    Leider sind teilweise Mobiliar und Wäsche nicht in einem guten Zustand und ihre Tage eigentlich längst gezählt. Das ist schade, denn das Haus ist sauber. Aber Liegebetten mit ausgerissenen Bezügen oder in die Jahre gekommene Bettwäsche, die willkürlich zusammengestellt ist, hinterlassen einen etwas schäbigen Eindruck. Mit geringem finanziellem Aufwand könnte man dem entgegen gewirkt werden und dem Preis des Mietobjektes gerecht werden. Dennoch, wir haben unseren Aufenthalt auf Lanzarote sehr genossen.”

    “Schönes individuell gestaltetes Haus und Anwesen. WLAN funktioniert gut, großer Flachbildschirm, die Ausstattung lässt fast keine Wünsche offen. Kleines Minus, es gibt außer der verglasten Eingangstür keine Fenster die zu öffnen sind. Dadurch steht die Luft im Appartement, der elektr. Lüfter bringt nicht wirklich Besserung. Auf alle Fälle eine kleine Oase der Erholung, auf der kargen Insel.”
