Holiday house for a holiday with your dog

This detached holiday house is by the edge of the forest, a former customs house on the Austrian border. It is suitable for a holiday with your dog. The fence is high and secure enough and the site totals 1700m². As owners of several dogs, we know how difficult it can be to find nice holiday accommodation where your dogs are welcome. The only neighbour also has three dogs and is not bothered by barking. The house is on the road towards Sulzberg, with the forest starting behind the house. We have created a refuge at our holiday or weekend house in Oberreute-Hinterschweinhöf.The house is fully equipped and furnished for four people, although 2 additional guests could be accommodated, but there is currently only one bathroom. It measures around 100m² with two bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen-diner and an extra room with a futon. We have created the interior ourselves and would like our guests to also enjoy the charm of this house built in 1935 and let time stand still. The bathroom has a bath and has been completely newly renovated. The kitchen is equipped with a little dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, electric oven and fridge. A microwave can be provided. The living room has a TV with a DVD player and a little stereo system (CD, radio). You can share use of a washing machine and dryer in the cellar. The house has oil central heating and the living room, kitchen and bedroom have additional lovely old tiled stoves. Bed linen and towels are provided.In summer the generous pool in the garden will entice you, during the cooler months the sauna tub. The 1500m² garden has a high fence and invites you to relax. Plenty of garden furniture is available.The arrival day is Saturday from 15.00 and departures are by 10.00, to be left clean and tidy, with the bins emptied and the beds stripped. We only rent by the week and the costs are due on arrival.The Wildrosenmoos nearby invites you to go on extensive walks. We are situated at 1000 metres above sea level. It is an ideal starting point for hikes. It is close to Vorarlberg and you can enjoy quiet walking and hiking paths in the beautiful Allgäu.

    “Auch ich kann diese Location nur empfehlen. Sehr schöner Garten, nette Wohnung. Alles sehr ruhig gelegen, bis auf die Straße, aber das weiß man ja vorher.
    Schade fand ich nur, dass bei unserem 2-wöchigen Urlaub nicht nach 1 Woche der Pool gereinigt und nach der Wasserqualität geschaut wurde. Durch das warme Wetter "kippte der Pool" nämlich am Anfang der 2. Woche. Das heißt, dass sich Algen im Pool (am Boden und den Wänden) angesiedelt haben. Dadurch wurde der Poolboden schmierig und das Wasser sah grün aus. Das lud leider nicht mehr unbedingt zum Baden ein.”

    “Es Handelt sich um ein schönes altes Haus mit herrlichem Garten, indem sich Erwachsene, Kinder und Hunde wohlfühlen.
    Der schöne Pool läd zum planschen ein und die Sauna nach der Wanderung zum entspannen.
    Die Ausstattung ist zweckmäßig.
    Wir hatten mit den Vermietern sehr netten Kontakt per E-Mail.”

    “Dieses Haus lädt dazu ein, die Seele baumeln zu lassen. Ob im Haus oder im wunderschönen Garten fehlt es an nichts, um zu entschleunigen und einfach nur zu genießen. Kinder, Hund und Erwachsene, für jeden ist etwas dabei. Fährt man "über die Grenze", eröffnet sich einem in Sulzberg ein Ausblick, der einem den Atem stocken lässt. Wer Ruhe und Natur sucht, ist hier im Sommer und bestimmt auch im Winter an der richtigen Stelle!”
