Holiday house quietly situated on a hill with a pool and a terrace, with a wonderful view of the islands
This holiday house, situated on a hill with a view of the Korcula archipelago, is ideal for those who would like to get away from everyday life completely on holiday. It affords a wonderful view of the Korcula islands, the Peljesac peninsula, the island of Mljet and on a clear day you can even see the Dubrovnik bay, which is surrounded by pristine forested hills. The nearest houses and roads are more than 500 metres away.
The two-storey holiday house provides 75m² of space for five people. The ground floor comprises a kitchen, living room and bathroom with a shower, WC and washing machine. The kitchen is equipped with a stove, oven, fridge, coffee machine, microwave and kettle. It also has a cosy dining table with a bench and chairs, where you can dine together. There are three bedrooms and a guest WC on the upper floor. One bedroom is furnished with a double bed 200 cm wide, the two others each have two single beds. The house can be heated with pellets heating. There is no air conditioning. Internet access is possible via your mobile.
The pool affords a fabulous view and the 120m² furnished terrace provides ample space to relax and rest. There is a roofed parking space by the house.
Plenty of solar energy, hot water and fresh drinking water from the tank are available.
It is a 20-minute walk to the picturesque medieval village of Žrnovo, where you can find a supermarket, a post office, restaurants and cafés. The Korcula old town, with a range of sights to admire and where you can enjoy the flair of the many cafés and restaurants, is 2km away. It is five to ten minutes to the beaches. You can go on walks or mountain bike tours along natural trails.
