Villa with Private Pool, Play Area, Ping ping and Bbq

By staying at this Villa you gain a true understanding of Crete and also experience the hospitality of the people in Crete since the owners Anna & Teri is there to help you with any of your wishes. Furthermore their children are gardeners and that's why in this 4000 sqm private land you will find one of the most beautiful and well maintained gardens with fruit trees, olive trees and colourful flowers you have ever seen. The villa is located on a hill top overlooking the Mediterranean Sea where piece and quite are the only words that can describe its position. Since the villa is cantered located in Crete, you can equally travel and explore the island which this also gives you peace of mind as you do not have to choose in which airport you will have to fly to (Chania or Heraklion) since the distance is almost the same. Being in an excellent location, all facilities are in within 5 minutes drive car going to the village of ''Stavromenos'' (5 klm) where bakery shop, mini markets, small tavernas and many sort of different shops can be found. Also the beach of Stavromenos is one of the longest beaches in Crete. Furthermore the ''Arkadi'' Monastery is only 8 klm away and well worth visit in order to learn some of the history of Rethymno. This Villa is 250 sqm + a sudio 60sqm with another 100 sqm balconies, built in 2001 but been fully renovated in 2013-14 and has all the modern conveniences like air conditioning (not in the living room area), microwave, freezer, washing machine, satellite television and unlimited broadband internet and Wi-Fi. Going on the ground floor one can find the fully equipped kitchen and the dining table just in front with very big balcony shutters for you to enjoy the views. The Living area is a few steps down on the left with a fireplace, game boards, HD Led TV, IPod Dock station stereo system and a DVD with a list of different movies for you to choose. On the same floor a twin bedroom with private balcony and a WC/Shower room is also located. Going on the upper floor by the internal stairs, there are 3 more bedrooms all with air conditions, 2 with double beds and 1 with twin beds. One of the double bedrooms has an ensuite bathroom and the other two bedrooms share a jacuzzi bathroom. Big attention was given to the choice of mattress which will give you an experience sleeping there. After all this is one of the most important things for a holiday maker by staying in a villa or in a hotel room. Also every bedroom has its private balcony with unique views of the sea and landscape. Outside it is an entertainer's delight with an 80sqm pool, overlooked by deck chairs and a magnificent garden, a play ground for our young friends, a BBQ with dining table and seating for 10 people and last but not least a basketball area where you can try out your skills.The Studio is situated on the pool level and has a small kitchen, a living room, a wc/shower, a double bedroom and a twin bedroom. NOTICE: Up to 9 people only the main villa with the 4 bedrooms will be rented and not the apartment. Check out is 11:00 latest and check in is 15:00 earliest -Check in and check out can be made without person to person contact (upon request)
