Holiday house with private garden and parking

This holiday house provides comfortable accommodation for four to six people in beautiful natural surroundings, away from traffic and mass tourism. The house is just 1.5km from the village Šišan, 8km from Pula an 4km from the tourist centre Medulin. The house is ideal for an active and sporty holiday in Istria. Swimming, surfing, riding, jogging, cycling, paintballing and other sports are possible in the area. Guests who would like to spend a less active holiday can find peace and quiet here for a relaxing family holiday.
Comfortable holiday house with a terrace, a grill and an outdoor kitchen, in quiet and natural surroundings, ideal for various sports activities and recreation.

The 100m² well-equipped house has a capacity of up to six people and consists of a spacious living room, a kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom. The ground floor measures around 50m² and comprises a living room with a flatscreen TV and two comfortable single sofa beds and a fully-equipped kitchen with a stove, oven, fridge and freezer, coffee machine, toaster and a dining space. The adjoining bathroom is fitted with a shower, WC, washbasin, hairdryer and washing machine. The bedrooms are on the upper floor. Two people can sleep in each bedroom. The first has a double bed 180cm wide, the second has two single beds 90cm wide. The house has central air conditioning, wireless Internet access and satellite TV. A toddler travel bed is available. The house is let out all year round.

In the courtyard there is a roofed outdoor kitchen with a grill and terrace with garden furniture, a parasol and two deckchairs. To the left of the entrance area of the site there is a little house where the owner and his wife live and on the right there is a large, covered parking space for three cars. You go through a further gate behind the parking area to your holiday house. The whole courtyard is enclosed, so is suitable for children and dogs. As the two houses are about 30 metres from each other, holiday guests can enjoy absolute privacy, but the owner is also available to assist with any queries.

Please note that the holiday house can only be accessed along a gravel track about 200 metres long.

    “Es hat richtig Spaß gemacht hier zu Urlauben. Positiv: Das Vermieterehepaar hat sich alle Mühe gegeben damit man sich hier wohl fühlte. Sie sind ganz herzliche Menschen. Negativ: Wenn man unbedingt etwas finden möchte dann halt die nicht oder nur ganz langsam funktionierende Kaffeemaschine. Restaurant: Pizzeria Aterix - Sehr gutes Preis Leistungsverhältnis. Leider gibt's hier nur Pizza und Salate. Andere Speisen Fehlanzeige. Ausflüge: Einfach die ganze Altstadt Pula's. - Abend bei Musik, Eis oder auch außen in einem der diversen Restaurants zu sitzen ist wunderbar.”

Positiv: Sehr nette und äußerst liebevolle Gastgeber, sehr ruhige Lage, idealer Ort zum Entspannen, Erholen und Relaxen, Strandnähe o. k., Inkaufsmöglichkeiten sehr gut, Vermieter sehr zugänglich, freundlich und hilfsbereit, alle Fragen und Probleme wurden sehr gut gelöst und mit Freundlichkeit und Umsicht geantwortet. Negativ: finde keinen Kritikpunkt Restaurant: Ortsüblichen Kleinlokale, landestypisch - landestypische Restaurants, mit eigenem Flair Ausflüge: Umland, kleine landestypische Ziele, Aquarium, Strände, Ssehr vielfältige Bademöglichkeiten - landestypisch”

    super freundlich .Wir können dieses Haus nur weiter empfehlen . Falls Sprachschwierigkeiten entstehen sind ist eine
    Übersetzerin vor Ort...... Für den super Grillabend nochmals vielen Dank und Grüße an alle die dort waren. MFG Fam. Kadur Freizeit: Zum Baden gibt es auch super Buchten mit Kies und Sand, man muss nur früh genug da sein .”

    “Wir sind bereits zum zweiten Mal hier gewesen. Ganz besonders hat uns die Outdoorküche und die Außendusche gefallen. Am Nachmittag kann man unter der Kiwilaube wundervoll relaxen. Mit dem Auto ist man in 10 Minuten am Meer.
    Zu Fuß kann man in 30 Minuten via Monte Madonna oder durch den Wald zum Meer gelangen. Die Vermieter sind sehr gastfreundlich und hilfsbereit. Bei Verständigungsproblemen hilft eine Nachbarin sehr gern weiter. Olivenöl und Liköre aus eigener Herstellung sind sehr empfehlenswert. Familie Vugrinec investiert stetig in die Anlage. Seit unserem letzten Besuch 2017 wurden neue Gartenmöbel angeschafft, die Innenräume wurden gestrichen und teilweise neu möbliert. Das WLAN ist sehr schnell und unbegrenzt verfügbar. Frisches Gemüse kann man im Ort sehr günstig einkaufen. Einfach die Vermieter fragen. Supermärkte und Discounter in Medulin und Pula sind schnell zu erreichen.”
