Holiday Apartment in Pelzerhaken with South-Facing Balcony

This attic apartment is on the second floor of a detached apartment building with eleven residential units on a little residential complex, in the quiet and up-and-coming Baltic Sea town of Pelzerhaken at the end of a beach boulevard in a pedestrian zone with resident access only. There is a promenade right nearby with attractive shops and an ice cream café, as well as a pier, the beach and the sea. On the first row, by the fine sandy south beach in Pelzerhaken, looking towards the pier, you can enjoy the fully panoramic sea view over the Lübeck bay. Enjoy the quiet location to relax alone or as a couple from the morning to the lovely sunset over the sea.

The attic apartment of around 50m² has a light living and dining room with a generous sofa, a coffee table, a smart TV with a satellite receiver and DVBT connection, as well as a dining table. The dining corner also has a stereo system and a CD player. The adjoining, high-quality built-in kitchen is separated from the living and dining room by an archway and is equipped with an oven, a ceramic hob, a fridge and freezer, a dishwasher, filter coffee machine, microwave, toaster and kettle, therefore providing everything you need. The marble bathroom is fitted with a shower, a toilet, a washbasin, a hairdryer and a window. The bedroom is furnished with a large double bed (180cm wide) and a cupboard wall with plenty of storage space. The combined washing machine and dryer in the shower room can be used free of charge, along with the wireless Internet connection. The heating can be regulated conveniently and easily for individual rooms, with a display.

The roofed, south-facing balcony enjoys an optimal location right by the beach, affording an unforgettable panoramic sea view over the whole Lübeck bay with sunshine from the morning to the evening. In the evening and at night-time you can discover the difference between this and a typical sea view: here the horizon is not dark, but illuminated by the lights of Lübeck bay from Neustadt to Travemünde, where ships come and go. This is impressive all year round, not only in summer. The balcony has a garden table with garden chairs, as well as an electric grill. You can use a carport parking space free of charge. Pets are not allowed.

The holiday apartment classified as four-star by the German Tourism Association (DTV) was previously only used privately and was renovated and first let out in summer 2016.

You have the bright, fine sandy south beach right in front of the house. There you can rent your beach chair and a pedal boat in summer. The beach promenade leads from Neustädter Hafen via Pelzerhaken to Rettin. Various well-signposted bike paths and hiking tours start at the house to explore the entire Bay of Lübeck, to Grömitz or the hilly hinterland. Tobis bike rental is only 200 meters away and rents out bicycles as well as e-bikes and segway. The new ParkGOLF facility Pelzerhaken with 12 lanes can be found just 200 m away at the guest house of the tourism agency. And the real golfers will find the demanding and landscaped golf course Brodauer Mühle in seven km and the golf course Grömitz in 14 km, as well as other golf courses on the Bay of Lübeck. SwinGolf Baltic Sea is only three km away on the south beach. For all wind and kite surfers, the SurfCity fur hook is only a kilometer away. There beginners as well as experts can find everything their heart desires on the board. The Ancora Marina, one of the The most beautiful marinas in Europe is a good six km away in Neustadt with a good maritime harbor restaurant. Their Wednesday regatta regularly leads the whole season back with several dozen sailing yachts to the shallow bin in front of your living room and at dusk. The pier in front of the house is surrounded by chic shops and boutiques, as well as appealing, fine dining. The variety ranges from the coffee shop "Die Kaffeefreunde" to the creperie and wine bar "La Vie", the "Ristorante-Pizzeria-Italia", the "Stranded", the fish restaurant "Lagune", the German-Greek restaurant "Nikos" ”To the“ message in a bottle ”with a beach feeling and SKY-Sport on a large screen. Delicious ice cream is available from the Italians and especially recommended is the homemade ice cream in the ice cream parlor "Bananaboat" (directly in our house) with around 20 different types.
