Beautiful sea-front villa with a secluded pier which overlooks the old town on the island of Korcula, which is a 10 minute boat ride away. Perna is a charming hamlet situated approximately a 5 minute car ride away from the vibrant tourist attraction of Orebic on the Peljesac peninsula. The area is of outstanding natural beauty with a stunning backdrop of Mount Illja. It is a favourite area for cycling, trekking, walking, wind-surfing, sailing for everyone including families and pet owners. The villa offers 10 air-conditioned double bedrooms 8 en-suit and 2 with a shared bathroom. All rooms have sea view, TV, WiFi and several rooms are equipped with kitchen facilities and lounge areas. There are a spa with hydro-therapy massage pool and sauna at your disposal. A fully equipped summer kitchen and barbecue area is located near to the pool. The pool has lovely sea views. The pool area and the summer kitchen is cleaned daily so it is always welcoming and inviting for the villa guests. The sundeck and terraces are equipped with sun loungers and patio furniture. There is also a secluded pier for sunbathing, fishing and sailing. The sea is 5 meters from the villa and there is an access into the water which is very safe even for children. The entire ground floor has a large communal. Sea view lounge area, a gym ( complete with shower) a bar area, games room, TV. Laundry service is available at a charge.
