'Son Puça I' is a modern and exclusive country house with private swimming pool of high standing located on the outskirts of Buger.The house is distributed on two floors, on the ground floor accessing an elegant entrance hall, comfortable and spacious living room with modern fireplace, dining room with a long table for 12 guests, both with access to the terrace, porch and gardens.Modern kitchen with central island fully equipped and with dining area, wine cellar, laundry and storage room, a toilet and a master bedroom with double bed and a small lounge room with a double sofa bed, a dressing room and an en suite bathroom with bathtub and Separate shower.On the first floor you will find four double bedrooms with separate single beds and three full bathrooms, two of them en suite.The house is equipped with air conditioning/heating (electric), internet wifi, and SAT TV.In the exterior leaving from the kitchen porch with covered barbecue area in a traditional Mallorcan styleThe large swimming pool is surrounded by lawn, with exteriors and gardens very carefully, at the entrance to the house a small lake with frogs and orchard of orange trees.Nearby are two of our properties 'Son Fornes' (4384A) for 6 people and 'Casa Antonio' (4383A) for 9 people, so if a seminar or a large group of family or friends want to be close by, it is ideal to rent all three houses simultaneously (subject to availability), providing a capacity for 26-27 people.The beaches of Alcudia Bay and Pollensa Bay are only 15 minutes away by car. Also, the village of Búger or Sa Pobla is just a few minutes away by car.EXTRAS (Not included in the price to be paid on arrival): Electricity consume extra: 0.22€/kw (credit card details required upon arrival)Note: Tourist tax to be paid on arrival.

    “Die Finca ist außerordentlich modern, hochwertig und geschmackvoll ausgestattet. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig, umgeben von einer Apfelsinenplantage. Die benachbarten Grundstücke sind ähnlich groß.
    Die Finca ist sehr gepflegt und sauber. Da wir anfangs Probleme mit Heizung und Warmwasser hatten, waren wir auf die Maklerin, den Hausmeister und Techniker angewiesen. Auch das funktionierte umgehend und reibungslos. Großes Lob!”
