Beautiful vacation apartment with shared pool and sauna in a semi-detached house in Codevigo, located in the greenery of the Venice lagoon. The other apartment has the reference IVC238, both apartments have a separate entrance with private garden where you can enjoy your dinner in the evening under a starry sky. The pool area, on the other hand, and the outdoor area with sunbeds where you can relax and sunbathe are for common use. The immediate surroundings, characterized by the typical lagoon landscape with freshwater canals and lakes, invite you to make excursions on foot and by bike. Near the house there is the possibility to have fun with kitesurfing and rent bikes, canoes and kayaks for adventurous excursions in the lagoon or for trips to Boschettona beach (5 km). Also the area is ideal for bird watching. Upon request and reservation directly with the landlord, there is also the possibility of being accompanied by a personal trainer during your Nordic walking tours. The apartment is located on the first floor and also has a bathroom with access for the disabled. The area is famous for asparagus cultivation and there is the possibility to taste and buy it directly from the landlord in season, as well as other products of own production such as the vegetable jams (radicchio, cucumber and onion). On the first floor there is a large room where dinners prepared by a cook can be reserved upon request and payment on the spot. The house is an ideal starting point for visiting the most beautiful cities of Veneto: at 1 km there is a bus stop with bus connections to the wonderful lagoon city of Venice, which you can reach in 20 minutes. Venice and the islands of the lagoon can of course also be reached by boat: the most convenient way is from Chioggia (15 km). Other distances: Padua (25 km) with its beautiful basilica; the city of Vicenza, dominated by Palladian architecture (65 km); Treviso with its canals and frescoed palazzi (60 km). Don't miss a visit to the interesting medieval towns of Chioggia, Bassano del Grappa, Castelfranco Veneto and Este and the famous Venetian villas, true artistic and historical gems. Possibility to participate in wine tastings and tasting of local products, organized by an expert sommelier (the owner) and horseback riding along the lagoon valleys, directly from the house, info on costs and organization directly on site.
