Comfortable holiday house with a terrace and a garden, in a quiet location by the park, ideal for nature and water sports enthusiasts
The accommodation is on the outskirts of Köslin next to a park by the Baltic Sea. The proximity to the landscape park invites you to go jogging in the morning or to walk your dog. It is an ideal location for kite surfing and windsurfing.
The end-of-terrace house is on two floors and can accommodate up to eight people comfortably. The 75m² ground floor has an open-plan kitchen equipped with a stove, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee machine and dishwasher, as well as a dining table with four chairs. The adjoining living room has a sofa bed for one person, a 130cm flatscreen TV with a satellite receiver, a stereo system and a fireplace. The bedroom is suitable for an adult or two small children, with a sofa bed 115cm wide. The bathroom is fitted with a shower, washbasin and toilet. The 75m² upper floor comprises three bedrooms, of which two are furnished with a double bed 160cm wide and one with a sofa bed 140cm wide for an adult or two children. The large bathroom has a Jacuzzi bath, a shower, a washbasin and a toilet. All the rooms have central heating and afford view of the greenery of the garden or the park.
The garden of around 700m² is surrounded by dense greenery, ensuring a sense of privacy. The whole site is fenced and therefore also suitable for children and dogs. The terrace with an awning has comfortable outdoor furniture, a parasol, garden loungers and a grill. There are free parking spaces in front of the house for several cars and for one car in the garage.
Shops and restaurants are within a 5 to 10-minute walk. Guests can also find waymarked cycle paths. Kite surfing and windsurfing enthusiasts will find ideal conditions with a north wind 7km away and 15km away with a west wind at the lake. It is 12km to the sea at Mielno with wide sandy beaches, restaurants and discos. This corner is known as the Polish Ibiza and is visited especially by young people every year. For all those who prefer peace and quiet and proximity to nature, a good alternative is Łazy 20km away with wide and empty beaches (at least 100 metres to any neighbours on the beach, as well as white and soft sand and pristine nature). These incredibly beautiful beaches are just a 15-minute walk away from the outskirts through a picturesque forest.
