Family friendly holiday home in a convenient location in between the mountains and the ocean

The small holiday home, furnished in the typical local style, is located in Torrox Campo on the Costa del Sol, in between Cómpeta, Torrox und Sayalonga and offers a stunning location on an 110,000 m² property. It is 15 minutes’ drive from the beach, letting you enjoy the best of both worlds.

There are three bedrooms in the 75 m² house. One is furnished with a 180 cm double bed, one is furnished with a 140 cm French bed and one is furnished with a 90 cm single bed. One bathroom boasts a shower, a toilet, a sink and a washing machine, while the other, ensuite bathroom has a shower, a sink and a toilet. The spacious, open plan kitchen is furnished with a gas stove, an oven, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a kettle, a toaster and a pad coffee maker. The adjacent dining area is furnished with a round dining table. The adjacent living room is furnished with sofas, a television and Wi-Fi, as well as a fireplace. The house can almost be fully heated with the fireplace. Firewood is supplied at no charge. The third bedroom, which cannot be heated with the fireplace, has a radiator. Towels and bedding are supplied. A high chair is available upon request.

The house sits at an elevation of 270 meters above sea level. A large community pool (5 x 9 m) with a patio is a three minute walk from the house. There is also an in/outdoor shower and a toilet. The patio by the pool is planted with flowers and olive trees. The patio, furnished with outdoor furniture, is perfect for relaxing. The sandbox next to the patio will be enjoyed by the little ones. Two car parking spaces are available. Pets are not permitted.

The owner lives nearby. She speaks German, English and Spanish and is available should any questions arise and to provide you with useful tips. The access road is partially non tarmacked, but easily accessible in a normal car.

The area is great for hiking and mountain biking. You can even go horseback riding nearby. It is 6 to 8 km to Torrox, Cómpeta und Sayalonga, where you can find shops, bars, cafes and restaurants. It is about 8 km or a 15 minute drive to the coast, playgrounds, supermarkets and restaurants. It is about 25 minutes to Nerja, its caves and the famous "Balkon de Europa“and 60 km to Malaga airport.

    “La primera impresión fue el camino te tira un poco para atrás pero cuando llevas un tiempo te haces a él y es incluso hasta relajante con el paso de los días. La casa es muy acogedora limpia ordenada no le falta de nada tiene dos duchas dos baños aire acondicionado vistas impresionantes que incluso se ve hasta el mar desde lo alto. Y en cuanto a los anfitriones nunca invaden Tu intimidad todo va por vía mensaje. Están siempre pendiente de nosotros para que nunca nos falte de nada. Es imposible haber estado mal. Sin duda es un 10 en todo. Positiv: No encuentro nada para mejorar es rural es lo que buscamos es tranquilidad sin duda lo tiene todo. Negativ: Pues no me gustaría que cambiaran su forma de cómo lo tienen me refiero al sistema de que siga con los encantos de rural Restaurant: El mirador de guilche - Se come rico se come con unas vistas impresionantes al mar de todos los restaurantes que hemos estado en esta temporada de vacaciones diría que fue el que mejor hemos estado precio 20 € cabeza de media. Ausflüge: Cuevas de nerja - Impresionantes rincones dentro de la cueva único de muchas cuevas que visto aunque todas sean muy parecidas está tiene lo suyo merece la pena.”
