Welcome to this simple, though very cosy holiday home, located in the picturesque village Kjøpmannskjær. From the house you have a small peek to the fjord. This place is blessed by peace & quite; perfect for those who seek distance to the city's stress & noise. In the surrounding woods there are many birds and plenty of berries & mushrooms. Kjøpmannskjær is situated by the strait between the islands Tjøme & Nøtterøy, both of which are uttermost popular summer destinations for Norwegians (the Norwegian Royal Family has its private holiday home on the Tjøme island). We recommend a day trip to Tønsberg, the county capital & Norway's oldest city (founded 871 AD), which offers many restaurants, coffee shops, a big shopping centre, cultural entertainment, galleries, and much more.
