This beautiful vacation home with private heated pool is a large Cévennes farmhouse in the pretty medieval village of Saint-Ambroix between Gard and Ardèche.

The farmhouse is peacefully and undisturbed in a quiet residential area close to stores on the outskirts of the town. This magnificent farmhouse can comfortably accommodate 20 people with its 9 bedrooms, 8 bathrooms and 9 toilets.

A beautiful heated pool awaits you and the pool house has an outdoor shower. The large wooded and fenced garden is perfect for welcoming children and your four-legged friends. A pétanque court, swings and two terraces ensure a relaxing stay.

The paved terrace on the first floor, south-facing, with an area of 150 m², is decorated with large flower pots and has 2 lounges for 8 and 14 people respectively. There is also a shaded dining area with tables and twenty seats as well as a separate children's table with 6 to 8 seats. The summer kitchen is covered with a translucent roof and can also be lit at night for cooking. It has a large worktop and is equipped with a griddle, 2 grills and a gas stove for paella.

The first floor houses a 45 m² room with an American billiard table and a lounge area with 7 seats. It is equipped with an amplifier and high-fidelity speakers.

The magnificent gorges of the Ardèche are only 25 km away and are an ideal destination for walks and water sports activities. Bargain hunters will appreciate Barjac and its flea markets. Treat yourself to a wellness day at the Fumades Thermal Spa or a gambling bet at the casino. Visit Vallon Pont d'Arc, a pretty and lively village where you can discover the famous Chauvet cave, among other things. The very pretty medieval town of Uzès is also worth a visit.
