Set near the idyllic town Banyalbufar, in the midst of the mountains, this lovely property offers a second home for 5 people.

This wonderful chalet with breathtaking views over the Mediterranean is the right choice for those seeking tranquility, beautiful landscapes and nature. Enjoy a lazy afternoon on the ample terrace with stunning sea views, maybe while sunbathing, having a drink or making a BBQ under the starry sky.

Stylistically, the interiors are very authentic, offering an invitingly and comfortable home. When entering the house, a nice sitting-dining area welcomes you with wooden beams and mellow colors. Maybe you spend your free time on a good book. The open kitchen with gas stove is decorated in a warm cottage style and is fully-equipped. On the first floor, there is another living room with double sofa bed. Furthermore, you will have access to a laundry with washer, iron and ironing board.

On the first floor, this two-storey house features two bedrooms (one with double bed and one with a single sofa bed) and a bath with bath tub. The third bedroom with double bed and bathroom en-suite with bath tub is located in the annex. To access this bedroom, you will have to leave the house and go downstairs. If you travel with a baby, we gladly supply a cot and a high chair. A second cot is available upon request. This home welcomes you in summer as well as in winter as it has four electric radiators and four fans. The electricity works through solar cells. The privacy of the plot is partial.

This cottage enjoys the serene tranquillity of the Tramuntana, in the west of Mallorca and nearby the charming village Banyalbufar. This region is just perfect for hiking and cycling, as there are many nice routes through the mountains. To mention only two, you could hike the Camí des Correu, a charming trail from Esporles to Banyalbufar or visit the public finca Planicia, a family-friendly trail. Furthermore, you could go to the old watchtower Torre de Ses Animes.

The Tramuntana is not only known for its unspoiled nature, but also for its charming villages like Valldemossa, Sóller, Fornalutx and Deià. If you like to swim, the gravel bays of Banyalbufar, Llucalcari and Port des Canonge has been spared of mass tourism. If you prefer sandy beaches, you could go to Puerto de Sóller. The capital Palma de Mallorca has many interesting monuments like the cathedral La Seu or the castle of Bellver. The city is known as the Pearl of the Mediterranean and combines trendy shops and nightlife with historic sights and centuries-old traditions.
