Country home with a patio, a garden and a pool on a finca

This property is located in the small town of Los Tablazos in between Frigiliana and Nerja in the Malaga Region in Andalusia.

The spacious exterior with the garden and the subtropical plants houses a 7x4 m pool, four sun loungers, a charcoal barbecue, an Arabic oven, a dining table and chairs and a large sun shade. Enjoy the gorgeous views over the surrounding countryside from the upper patio. Parking is available.

The holiday house accommodates up to six people on two floors. The high ceilings allowed for a second floor to be added on. Up here, you will find the third bedroom with a 150 cm double bed. The other two bedrooms are furnished with two single beds each, as well as the open plan living/dining/kitchen area is located on the ground floor. . The living room is furnished with a fireplace, two sofas and a flat screen satellite television. There is also a large dining table with six chairs. The kitchen unit is furnished with a stove, an oven, a refrigerator/freezer, a microwave, a kettle, a toaster, a washing machine and a coffee maker. Both bathrooms boast a shower, a sink and a toilet. There is also a travel cot.

It is 2.5 kilometres to Frigiliana and 2.8 kilometres to Nerja. It is 1.8 kilometres to a shopping centre and 3 km to the beach. Enjoy a hike along the Higuerón River in Frigiliana or Chillar in Nerja. Sporting facilities for horseback riding and aquatic sports can be found nearby.

The access road from the main road is a 300 meter long concreted road. Air conditioning is not necessary as the structure stays comfortably cool. The rooms are equipped with radiators and fans.

    “Ein sehr schönes Grundstück und geräumiges sauberes Haus mit allem was benötigt wird.
    Das Grundstück ist eingezäunt mit Parkplatz und Pool.
    Der Pool ist sehr sauber, da er regelmäßig von Antonio gereinigt wurde.
    Sehr nette Vermieter.
    Ein klitzekleines Mango - kein WLAN.
