With patience and enthusiasm we have created a welcoming place to live among olive trees and ancient varieties of fruit, growing vegetables and producing honey, all with respect for the environment, using the dictates of organic farming.

The farmhouse is located in a quiet and peaceful position, 1 km from the historic center of Monte San Savino, a medieval village and ideal crossroads for visiting Arezzo, Siena, Florence, Cortona, Montepulciano, Pienza, Perugia and their enchanting territories.

Over the years we have created a welcoming place where we receive guests and we are pleased to welcome you in the main farmhouse, renovated with fine finishes, with independent entrance, private parking and suitably sanitized to guarantee maximum comfort.

We have at your disposal three apartments located in the main farmhouse, each with an independent entrance, but if necessary communicating for family groups or friends.
Adjacent to the main farm there is an annex where the young and discreet owners live with discretion, taking care of the farm that requires daily maintenance, available for any information or need.

In each apartment there is a fully equipped kitchen, TV, unlimited free Wi-Fi in the rooms and outside near the structure.
Each apartment has dedicated outdoor spaces and in different points of the farm it is possible to eat outdoors on beautiful spring and summer days.

The structure is equipped with a large swimming pool of 15 meters x 5 meters (depth 1.10 m -1.40 m), sanitized with chlorine, located in a sunny and private position, with a beautiful view of the surrounding hills and open in the period April / October and additional play equipment including table tennis, table football, grass beach volleyball court, children's teepee.

There is a shaded patio, solar heated shower and wooden fence for the little ones.
There is also a laundry room with washing machine, ecological detergent, drying rack, iron, ironing board available to guests.

During your stay you can taste our superior quality extra virgin olive oil, visit the company oil mill, pick ripe fruit and vegetables from the organic garden, and even savor our wildflower honey.
And there is much, much more ...
like the flowering of thirty varieties of roses from May onwards ... the buzz of the bees on the lavender in bloom in June ... the outdoor dinners enjoying the pleasant cool of the evening ... the olive harvest in November and the squeezing the first new oil ...

The Villa is the combination of three apartments, two of which are communicating, occupying the ground floor and first floor with a total of 5 double bedrooms, three bathrooms and sofa beds for four people (10 + 4 people), three kitchens and three living rooms. Direct access to the exclusive garden and reserved and furnished spaces for relaxing and dining.
