This wonderful luxury house meets all your expectations. The house has 100 square metres of terraces, 70 square metres of relaxation area with a hot tub for 7 people, a sauna for 12 people, an ice maker, 50" television, stove including firewood and a pool table. Geothermal heating is available throughout the house. The kitchen is well equipped, and is located next to the dining room that comfortably accommodates 14 people. Next to the dining room is the living room. The large garden is spread over approximately 5,000 square metres and is well suited for barbecuing and playing games. The house is located in an area with many lakes. Here you can go fishing in the lake Sommen, both in winter and in summer and also pick mushrooms. The lake has 365 islands. Astrid Lindgren's World is ideal for a day trip. The house is 32 km away from Asby Alpine that includes a snowboardland. Boats, canoes and a barbecue raft can be rented, subject to availability. House S05020 is located 20 metres away.

    “Das Haus an sich ist sehr gut. Top Ausstattung und auch die Schlafzimmer sind gut. Vermieter ebenfalls sehr nett. Das Haus liegt zwar sehr ruhig, doch die tägliche 3-4 minütige Autofahrt zum Boot exkl. öffnen Schranken war ein wenig nervig. Es wäre schöner, wenn das Haus direkt am See liegen würde, aber da kann es ja nicht mehr hingesetzt werden. Ansonsten ist natürlich die Umgebung des Waldes auch super.”

    “Alles bestens: Küche, Sauna, Zimmer. Gute ruige Lage ca 1500m ausserhalb des Dorfes. Gutes Boot, sehr netter Vermieter. Sehr schöne Terrase, der Wirlpool ist auch traumhaft. In der Nachbarstadt Tranas gibt es zahlreiche Läden, Banken usw. Sogar ein LIDL Markt ist vorhanden, die Preise sind nur gering höher als in Deutschland.”
