In the small village Spinčići, near the town of Kastav, above Rijeka is located this beautiful and spacious holiday house. On the generous plot there is a pool, a children's swing and slide and a recreation room with billiards, table football and tennis. Of course there is also a barbecue. The living space is spread over three floors, where the garage is on the ground floor while there is one apartment on the first and one on the second floor. On the Internet TV IPTV you can receive various free TV channels and sports broadcasts. The minimum ceiling height in the attic is about 120 cm. In the town of Kastav various events take place during the summer months like the Blues Festival, open air cinema and the Kastav Summer Festival.
