Lovely private house with pool in Emilia Romagna. It stands out for its peculiar position, far from the frenetic rhythms of city life as its name meaning 'quiet' indicates. The house is surrounded by an open panorama and is located in proximity of Sant'Agata Feltria, a beautiful town in the territory of Montefeltro, rich in history, art and traditions. When entering the house, you will immediately notice the familiar atmosphere conveyed through its bright rooms, furnishings, wooden doors and architraves, terracotta floors and sunlight that gently enters from the windows. At the guests' disposal many outdoor living spaces with tables and chairs, including a wide porch connected to the dining room and a pergola in the pool area, offering the same breathtaking hill view that one has from every corner of the property.
The villa is set on three floors. On the ground floor there is a living room with dining room and direct access to the porch, a charming kitchen and a bathroom with shower. The first floor consists of two double bedrooms, one of which with ensuite bathroom with shower, a twin bedroom and a bathroom with shower. A stair from the kitchen leads to the lower floor with laundry room, utility room and garage.

S.Agata Feltria is located between the valleys of the rivers Savio and Marecchia and it is told to be one of the most distinctive towns of the Montefeltro area with its cultural, natural and gastronomic tours.
