This completely renovated semi-detached house is situated in the heart of Istria, in rural surrounding of the village Kimni. The enclosed plot is dominated by the pool area with covered terrace and barbecue. A small outbuilding is closed and not available for guests. This well-equipped holiday house consists of three floors which are connected by internal stairs and where the attic has a minimum ceiling height of about 120 cm. Enjoy the evergreen landscape and discover the ancient sites of the neighboring smaller towns. Bike and walking trails in the area will delight all active holiday makers. If you want to swim in the sea, then the position of the houses is a good starting point to visit the coastal towns on both sides of the peninsula as Rabac, Poreč, Rovinj and Pula.
