Modernly furnished holiday flat with ocean views

This holiday flat is located in a quiet neighbourhood in Costa Calma. The beach is only 50 meters from the property.

The furnished patio is accessible from one of the bedrooms and the living room. Enjoy the views of Costa Calma Bay from the patio. There are two sun loungers for your comfort. Parking is available nearby.

The 90 m² apartment with high end furnishings accommodates up to six people. It boasts a modern kitchen with a large dining table and views of the ocean. The kitchen is furnished with an oven, an induction stove, a sandwich maker a large refrigerator/freezer, a microwave, a coffee maker, a toaster and a kettle. The dining room is furnished with a large table and six chairs, a high chair and a radio/CD player. Next to the kitchen/dining area is the living room, furnished with a sofa, comfy armchairs, a coffee table and satellite television. The first bedroom is furnished with a king size double bed (width 1.60 meters) and the second bedroom is furnished with two single beds (width 90 meter). Both bedrooms boast a large closet, satellite television and nightstands. One of the bedrooms grants access to the patio. The modern bathroom boasts a shower, a sink and a toilet. The living room is furnished with a sofa bed, which accommodates two guests.

It is just a few minutes’ walk to the town centre of Costa Calma. In town you will find a few shops and restaurants, a pharmacy and an ATM.

Please note that the house is not rented to groups. .Smoking is not permitted in the apartment. Pets are not permitted.

    “Eine sehr schöne, gut ausgestattete Wohnung, nebst kompletter Küche. Die Ausrichtung ist optimal, da der Balkon Abendsonne bietet. Ein kleines technisches Problem wurde sofort behoben (sehr nette, engagierte Ansprechpartner vor Ort). Wir könnten uns durchaus vorstellen, die Wohnung noch einmal zu buchen, wobei es dann schön wäre, wenn über die drei Fernseher auch englische oder deutsche Sender empfangern werden könnten. Zu hoffen ist nur, dass es bald die Umgehungsstraße für das R2 gibt, denn als einzigen Nachteil könnte man den Verkehr sehen.”
