You enter this half of the house through the vestibule and come into the spacious hallway with wood-burning stove and adjoining storage room. The living room on the same level has a passageway to the dining room, from which you can access the kitchen with pellet stove. Downstairs there is also a bathroom with bathtub and a bedroom with en-suite shower room. Like the first floor, this bedroom is also wheelchair accessible. The shower in this room is equipped with a folding seat, the toilet with a bar. However, the bed is not adapted.

You can use the garden, where you will also find a pretty beach chair and a sunbathing area with garden furniture. There is also a small meadow with wooden benches opposite the house.

Müllenborn is located in a cozy valley between the market towns of Prüm and Gerolstein in the Volcanic Eifel. This area, which is characterized by many forests, rocks, streams, mineral springs and proud castles, offers a beautiful hiking area and many opportunities for swimming, climbing, cycling, mountain biking and fishing. The Gerolsteiner water is very well known. There are also wildlife parks and interesting geological sights nearby, such as the Birresborn ice caves, the dry maar and a cold-water geyser (Wallender Born) in Wallenborn. Very good shopping facilities in Gerolstein with bus connections approximately every 2 hours. The train station in Gerolstein is 5 km away.

    “Das Objekt selbst ist super, Bäder teilweise sehr neu und für gehbehinderte ist da EG mit der behindertengerechten Dusche und WC absolut perfekt. Einzige Optimierungsmöglichkeit wäre ein Geschirrspüler, bei einem Haus für bis zu 8 Personen wäre das nett.. Lage an der Hauptstraße nachts etwas laut, haben dennoch super geschlafen....

    Vermieter extrem nett und hilfsbereit.”
