Holiday apartment with modern furnishing and a roof terrace, not far from the Romantic Road
The apartment is in a quiet residential area in Friedberg, only about 5km from Bavaria’s third largest town Augsburg. The Romantic Road runs nearby, one of the oldest and most famous holiday roads in Germany.
The appealing apartment is on the first floor of a house with a total of three holiday apartments. The accommodation has a fully-heated interior of around 60m², comprising a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom. The first bedroom is furnished with three single beds 90cm wide, the second with a double bed 180cm wide. Both bedrooms have their own satellite TV, radio and additional seating. A highchair can be provided on request. A washing machine and dryer are available for shared use with the other house guests, charged at €2,00 per load. All rooms have Wi-Fi reception.
Outside there is a ca. 30m² furnished terrace for relaxing. The awning provides ample shade for a pleasant reading experience. For families with pets, note that the terrace is fully enclosed. Four private parking spaces are available free of charge.
The nearest grocery shop is about 100 metres away. The Fugger town Augsburg, one of the oldest towns in Germany, is always worth a visit. The historical town centre invites you to go for a stroll at any time of year, as well as the romantic Christmas market during the Advent period. The apartment also makes a good intermediate stop on your journey along the Romantic Road, which runs through Bavarian Swabia as far as Füssen to the dreamy König Ludwig castles Neuschwanstein and Hohenschwangau. The nearby motorway also takes you to the Bavarian capital Munich in about 30 minutes, where a wide range of sights and leisure activities await you.
