Spacious apartment with a balcony and a shared garden

The house with the holiday apartment is a three-minute walk from the old town, quietly situated on a street with little traffic within the town wall.

The apartment is on the first floor and provides a generous 50m² of living space. The bedroom is furnished with a comfortable kingsize bed (160cm wide). The living room has single beds for two people. The shower room is tiled and provides a WC and a hairdryer. The built-in kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, stove, oven, fridge with freezer compartment, service, coffee machine, pads coffee machine, kettle and radio. The pine dining corner can seat four people. There is satellite TV in the living room and in the bedroom. A telephone and wireless Internet access are available. There is a travel bed for toddlers.

The private balcony has garden furniture and a parasol. The garden with garden furniture, a parasol and four loungers is for the use of all guests. The site is fenced and therefore also suitable for children and dogs.

On arrival you are greeted by the owner with a bottle of wine/champagne/mineral water. The bathroom has hand soap, toilet paper, bath cleaner and a cleaning cloth. The kitchen is equipped with useful items such as tea towels, a sponge, washing up cloth, kitchen roll, tea lights, bin bags, organic waste bag. The final cleaning is included in the rental price. During the second week of your stay you can request a payable intermediary cleaning.

It is about 150 metres to the old town. There are restaurants, cafés and charming shops. There are parks nearby all around the historical town walls, a large and small playground, a garden swimming pool and a climbing park. You can enjoy the newly developed Ahrsteig for hiking, as well as the world-famous Rotweinwanderweg, with a visit to the administrative bunker a must.
