I dammusi di punta karace la tua vacanza relax

I Dammusi di Punta Karace sono ottenuti dalla ristrutturazione ed ampliamento di una vecchio agglomerato agricolo è costituito da 9 dammusi di varie tipologie ( da 1 a 6 posti letto ), dimensioni, e categorie (alcuni piu' semplici e spartani , altri più rifiniti e ricercati ). La struttura si divide in tre blocchi, nel primo blocco si trovano il dammuso Mirto ed il Geranio, nel secondo blocco il dammuso Ibiscus, Gardenia, Gelso e Ginestra, nel terzo blocco, quello più in alto, si trovano il dammuso Melograno, Carrubb e Cycas. I dammusi delle tre diverse sezioni sono tutti diversi fra loro per grandezza, posizione e arredi, sono attigui, ma molto indipendenti. La proprietà si sviluppa su terrazze coltivate ad ulivi e vigneti che degradano verso il mare, e la case sono circondate da rigogliosi giardini, con palme , bouganville e piante grasse . Da quasi ogni angolo della proprietà si gode di una splendida vista sul blu del Mediterraneo. Il centro abitato più vicino si chiama kamma. e' raggiungibile iin auto in 5 minuti ( 4 km circa ) o attraverso un sentiero panoramico che permette di raggiungere in paese in pochi minuti. L'accesso al mare più vicino è quello di punta Karace, ( 800m ) raggiungibile anche a piedi se si ama camminare. a poca distanza si trovano anche le più belle e comode calette di Pantelleria , Gadir ( km 2 ) famosa per le sue acque termali, Cala Tramontana, Cala Levante, e l'arco dell'elefante ( km 2 ). nella zona ci sono anche vari ristoranti ( aperture stagionali ) il piu vicino "Il princie e il pirata " si raggiunge anche a piedi ( 500 m ) .. altri in zona : Ristrante/bar "Le Cale " , trattoria tipica " La favarotta " .. ed altri.... .



Dammuso with a terrace and sea view

This dammuso (typical type of house in Pantelleria) was recently renovated, with work completed in July 2010. It is part of a group of eight dammusi and is next to dammuso no. 842085. This dammuso benefits from its location on a hill behind the other seven units, and therefore offers a beautiful panoramic view of the sea.

The dammuso comprises a large living room-kitchen with a sofa bed, a bedroom with a double bed, and a bathroom with a shower. The furnishing is very comfortable and well-kept.

The accommodation was created out of converted storage spaces, was built of lava stone and is nestled into the terraced cultivation areas for wine and olives.

The nearest populated village is Khamma, about 3km away, where you can find some essential services such as shops. You can access the sea at Karace, about 1000 metres away.

The gem is the outdoor terrace with a view of the sea. It is furnished with a table, chairs, parasol and grill.
