This dream of a vacation home is located directly on the water, only 30 meters from a pebble beach. It is equipped with every imaginable comfort. On the first floor you will find the following delights: a small reception room, an indoor pool, a jacuzzi, a fitness room and a sauna. The indoor pool will give you a real bubbling pleasure, it is of course heated and offers a breathtaking sea view through a glass wall. This glass wall can be removed during the warm summer months and then you can relax outdoors on the large terrace in front of the pool, where an outdoor pool is also available. During the colder season you can have a beautiful view of the surroundings through the huge panoramic windows. On the first floor you will find a cozy living room with an open fireplace that spreads a cozy warmth. Here you can spend many hours together and enjoy the beautiful ambience. The common kitchen is generously designed and offers enough space for all guests. Furthermore, there is a recreation room that can be used as a conference room or children's playroom, as well as three bedrooms and a bathroom. On the 1st floor there are eight smaller apartments and a studio. A wonderful vacation home to relax and feel good. Klenovica is a small and quiet place, a little south from the lively Riviera and from the towns of Crikvenica, Selce, Novi Vinodolski. From Klenovica stretches a 100 km long coastline at the foot of the Velebit mountains. In the village there are a few restaurants, cafes, some stores, post office, camping, gas station and it is practically possible to park the car on arrival and not use it until the end of the vacation.
