The standig individually villa, built in 1920 and renovated in 2010 is modern and luxury furnished. The property is located on a farm, on the outskirts. The domicile is also popular because of the view over a panorama from the property and the quiet and sunny location at the edge of the woods. For use are available: sunbathing area, parasol, sun lounger, children's playground, swing, garden shower, grill possibility, terrace, pavilion, garden furniture and fire place.

Location
Labin, 250 m above sea level. The villa is located on a farm, on a 20000 sqm, closed garden plot and forest plot with meadow, flowers, bushes and trees, limited by a fence and a hedce. The landlord lives in a separate building on the property. The access goes via a side road (asphalted). Parking lot (for 5 cars) on the property.

air conditioner, central heating (oil). Facilities: cot, high chair, internet access (WLAN), phone, safe, Wii, Playstation, iron, washing machine and dryer. TV reception takes place via electric wire, satellite.

Pool
Outdoor pool (4 m x 8 m, depth 1,35 m, for exclusive use). The pool facility can be used from the beginning of April to the end of October. The pool can be heated at an additional cost. Please inquire for more details and prices before booking. NOTE: The pool heating loses its effectiveness when the outside temperature falls below 15 C at night.
