Holiday home in Istrian village and quiet location

The holiday home was renovated in 2018 and is a terraced house and furnished in a rustic and typical country style. The property is located in a residential area, in the town centre. Also due to the view over the mountains from the property and its quiet and sunny location the domicile is popular. Available for your exclusive use: sun lounger, barbecue facilities, terrace, garden furniture and courtyard.

Mali Vareški. The holiday home is located on a 100 sqm enclosed plot with shrubs and trees, bordered by a fence. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Steinhaus The house is located in small Istrian village. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking (for 2 cars) is available on the property and on the street in front of the house.
