Holiday House in Poseritz with Beautiful Garden and Idyllic View

This 100m² thatched holiday house is idyllically situated, in the midst of lush green meadows and extensive fields. It is far away from tourist masses in pristine nature, in the south of the island of Rügen, in the little village of Datzow and about 2km from Poseritz and 27km from Bergen.

You can enjoy the idyllic view from the terrace, for your own exclusive use, and relax with a glass of wine, or you can use the grill for preparing meals. The beautiful garden also invites you to while the time away. You can arrive by car, as there are three parking spaces.

It has three bedrooms. The bedroom on the ground floor is furnished with two single beds (90 x 200cm) and there is also a guest WC with a washbasin. The two other bedrooms are on the upper floor. There is a generous sleeping area with a double bed (160 x 200cm), a walk-in wardrobe and comfortable seating, while the other bedroom has a comfortable French-style double bed (140 x 200cm). You go across the hallway to the spacious shower room with a washbasin and WC. The ground floor has a fully-equipped kitchen-diner with all the necessary appliances for cooking and baking. If you are in a hurry you can use the microwave. After cooking, the dishwasher takes over the rest of the work, so you can relax and dine. The coffee machine, toaster and kettle ensure that breakfast gets off to a good start. The fridge also has a freezer compartment, so groceries can be stored optimally during your stay. Directly adjoining the kitchen there is the living room with modern entertainment electronics. All the rooms have heating, so it is always pleasantly warm even in cold weather.

The nearest grocery shop is about 3km away. There are various restaurants and a village dairy with many organic products. You can visit the lake, Kreidesee, about 4km away and take a refreshing dip. The nearest natural beach is 7km away. The towns of Stralsund and Greifswald are interesting trip destinations further afield. The Baltic Sea towns of Binz, Sellin and Baabe are easy to get to along the picturesque road. The house is also an ideal starting point for extended walks or cycle tours. There are three riding stables nearby, as well as a golf course, a newly laid out yacht harbour, and a sports and leisure centre. Fishing enthusiasts will enjoy the fishing spot about 3km away.

The building structure of the thatched house ensures a special indoor climate. Bicycles can be rented nearby, so you can explore the area by bike.

    “Schönes, ruhiges Haus im Grünen. Abseits vom Touristischen Trubel bietet diese Unterkunft im ländlichen Raum viel Platz zur Entspannung.

    Das Haus verfügt über eine solide Grundausstattung. Die Zimmer, das Bad und die Küche sind schön hergerichtet und einladend. Der riesige Garten lädt zum verweilen ein und sorgt dafür das man von den angrenzenden Häusern wenig mitbekommt.

    Digital natives werden das stark eingeschränkte Mobilfunknetz verfluchen und sich Internet via Satelliten wünschen.”

    “Schöner Urlaub! Sehr empfehlenswert für ruhesuchende Größstädter. Positiv: Tolle Ausstattung, absolut ruhige Lage, netter Vermieter, alles sauber. Negativ: TV funktionierte nicht bei Regen. Ein Fön wäre schön gewesen. Restaurant: Molkerei und Café Poseritz - Leckere Shakes und tolle Kuchen / Torten”

    “Alles in allem ein gelungener Urlaub zum Erholen und Abschalten. Positiv: Das Haus liegt schon ein bisschen abseits. Die Lage mitten in der Natur hat mich ein bisschen an Schweden oder Kanada erinnert (Ich kenne beide Länder nur aus Filmen) Wenn man abschalten will, ist man hier aber genau richtig. Auf der Insel Rügen sind die Wege nicht weit und man erreicht auch die Seebäder recht schnell. Der Süden der Insel ist landschaftlich wunderbar. In der Umgebung des Hauses kann man herrlich wandern oder Fahrrad fahren. Man sieht sanfte Hügel, so weit das Auge reicht. Familie Dawid, die sich um die Verwaltung des Hauses kümmert, war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Negativ: Die Ausstattung des Hauses hätte ein bisschen besser sein können. Ich denke hier an Möbel oder Bauweise.”
