This comfortable holiday home is located between the town of Kappl and the lake in Paznauntal. The bedrooms are well furnished and also have an additional sink. This home stands on a single, entire floor. Access to the rooms is through a staircase in the hallway. Landlord lives on the ground floor and does not use the staircase entrance. Depending on your interest, you can visit the ski area of Kappl in winter, located 4-5 km away or take a trip to the ski area in Ischgl located 12 km away. As the ski bus stop is located nearby, you need not take your car. There is a huge ski circus with a number of kilometres-long ski runs, free ride parks and cabin entertainment. You can also take a trip to the village called Samnaun in Switzerland. The ski areas in Kappl, See and Galtür though not international level ski regions, none the less interesting. You must visit these places at any cost. There are also several areas for Après-Ski in the entire region of Paznauntal.

    “Die Ferienwohnung befand sich im 1. OG, im Untergeschoss wohnen die Eigentümer die allesamt Kettenraucher sind. Das komplette Haus ist vollkommen verraucht. Die Kinder haben bereits in der ersten Nacht so heftig zu husten begonnen, dass wir in eine andere Ferienwohnung umgezogen sind. Der Zustand wäre selbst für starke Raucher unerträglich.
