The detached holiday home built in 1878, was renovated in 2008 and is furnished in a rustic and typical country style. The property is located on the outskirts. Also due to the view over the sea from the property and its quiet and sunny hillside location the domicile is popular. This property is a family-friendly accomodation. Available for your exclusive use: parasol, sun lounger, garden shower, barbecue facilities, terrace, garden furniture and courtyard. A children's playground, a swing, a sandbox and a table tennis table are available for shared use.

Dobreć, 340 m above sea level. The holiday home is located on a 1000 sqm open garden plot and forest plot with meadow, flowers, shrubs and trees. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking (for 2 cars) is available on the property.
