Two renovated stone houses from the 16th and 18th centures in a quiet location, each with its own garden and private pool


The two holiday houses are on the same site but are clearly separate from each other and each has its own idyllic garden and private pool. They enjoy a quiet location outside of a little village, about 12km from Brantôme.

They are ideal for spending a relaxing holiday in the beautiful green Périgord. The village is about 1.5km away, with a bakery, a grocery shop and a restaurant. In Brantôme 12km away there are an adventure park with climbing facilities, kayaking and canoeing. There are also various castles and grottoes in the area worth seeing.

House in Saint-Pierre-De-Côle with Private Pool

The holiday house is below the castle ruin of Chateau de Bruzac and is bordered by the little river “La Cole” at the bottom of the garden.

It provides around 120m² of space for eight people. It consists of a spacious living room with a fireplace and a sofa corner, as well as a dining table in front of the open kitchen, three bedrooms, a mezzanine with another bed (140cm wide) and a separate WC. The first bedroom has an adjoining bathroom with a shower and WC, and a double bed 140cm wide. The second has a double bed 140cm wide and the third has two single beds each 90cm wide. The kitchen with a hatch through to the dining table in the living room is fully-equipped with a gas stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, toaster, kettle and coffee machine. The house has central heating and wireless Internet access.

The idyllic, beautifully planted garden is bordered by a hedge in front of the river that frames the site. Guests can look forward to an alarm-secured private pool measuring 8 x 4 metres. A grill, garden furniture and deckchairs are available and there is a table tennis table for entertainment for all ages. You can park your car in front of the house.
