Modern apartment in a quiet location with a fireplace, terrace, shared pool and room with a pool tableThis modern apartment is on the outskirts of Nova Vas, on a quiet cul-de-sac. The house, which the owner also lives in, is accessed along a gravel track. It is about 4km from the sea.The apartment is on the first floor of the residential house and is accessed up private outdoor stairs. It provides around 115m², with an entrance area with cloakroom space, and four rooms on two floors. The lower floor has a living room, with an adjoining dining space and fully-equipped kitchen. Next to it there are two bedrooms, one with a double bed (160 x 200cm), the other with two single beds (90 x 200cm), and a bathroom with a shower, bidet and washing machine. Stairs lead up into the attic, with another bedroom with a double bed (140 x 200cm) and a separate WC. The rooms provide ample storage space and the furnishing is very comfortable. The living room has a modern fireplace, a comfortable suite, satellite TV, a radio and a CD/DVD player. The kitchen also provides everything you need, including a hob with three gas rings and an electric ring, an oven, microwave, extractor fan, fridge, coffee machine, kettle and dishwasher. All the rooms have heating and there is also payable air conditioning on the lower floor. Free wireless Internet access is available.The living room opens onto the big, roofed, private terrace of 18m², with garden furniture. A fully fenced garden with flowers and shrubs surrounds the house. You can share use of a pool (3 x 8m), a terrace, a grill and garden furniture, a lounger and a parasol. There is also a room with a pool table and open fireplace, also for shared use. There are parking spaces on site and on the street in front of the house.The nearest grocery shop is a kilometre away and it is just a few kilometres to the nearest beach (Materada).
