Spacious holiday house with modern furnishing and a private garden, for the whole family

The 100m² detached holiday house is a stylishly renovated old farm worker’s house with modern amenities. It is in the charming little village of Pilsum (Ottoturn) near Greetsiel and near the sea.

The house also has an enclosed garden with two terraces and garden furniture, as well as a car parking space. In the outside area there is also a play house, a swing and in the summer months an additional slide and a picnic table for small children.

The house can accommodate two to four people. The ground floor comprises a very generous living room and a big kitchen and dining space. The kitchen includes a stove with an oven, a dishwasher, a microwave, a coffee machine, a kettle, a toaster etc., as well as a highchair. The living room provides a fireplace, satellite TV and a stereo system. The whole area is laid with quality oak floorboards. The old wooden beams everywhere were preserved, exuding additional warmth and cosiness. There is a very appealing bathroom with two washbasins and a walk-in Rain dance shower on the ground floor. Wooden stairs lead up to the open gallery with two beds for adults (80 x 200cm) and a cot/child’s bed. Next to it there is a bedroom with a double bed (160 x 200cm) and a view of green East Frisian pastures. An internet connection (WLAN) can be used free of charge.

There is a highly recommended restaurant (Altes Brauhaus) nearby. The sea is about 3km away and the nearest train station is about 12km away.

Pets are not allowed.

    “schade das es keine waschmaschine .ach ja das man die waschbecken den abfluss nich zumachen konnte .aber sonst ok .”

    “Es ist angegeben das das Ferienhaus keine Waschmaschine hat und somit war es doch vorher bekannt.
    Es handelt sich um moderne Waschbecken die sehr flach sind. Daher über keinen Überlauf verfügen. Somit können diese aus Sicherheitsgründen natürlich nicht verschlossen werden.”

    “Sehr liebevoll eingerichtetes Ferienhaus in ruhiger Umgebung gelegen. Alles, was man für einen Urlaub benötigt ist vorhanden. Schöne Terrasse mit Gartenmöbel und Stellplatz für das Auto. Gute Lage und nur 2 km zum Meer.”
