Nice and quiet Villa with communal pool. This Finca is located in a unique, quiet location in the picturesque town of Conil de la Frontera in the south east of the Cadiz Province, surrounded by beautiful nature.
There are three different houses available for rent at this Villa. They may be rented all together for a big groups/families or just separate for a single couple. They are all fully furnished inside and outside of the houses. Two of the houses accommodate up to six people each and they are attached, having a furnished front and a back patio with barbecues. The other one accommodates up to ten guests, it has a garden with outdoor furniture and a barbecue, two nice verandas and a solarium on top. The swimming pool area and its garden are communally used. Wireless internet access is available.
The location is ideal to walk to the beach, shops and the town centre. The beaches are amongst the most beautiful beaches in Spain and the pine forest offers a great environment for hiking, bicycling or horseback riding. Enjoy the culinary variety, including fish while staying here.

Holiday house with two patios
This one storey holiday home accommodates up to six people. The bedrooms are furnished with either a double or two single beds. The second bathroom offers a bathtub, a sink and a toilet. The living/dining room with the open plan kitchen is furnished with a sofa bed for two, a flat screen satellite television and a dining table with chairs. The kitchen is furnished with a stove, a refrigerator/freezer, a microwave, a kettle, a toaster, a washing machine and a coffee maker. The second bathroom offers a shower, a sink and a toilet.
The front patio is furnished with a table with six chairs and a sun shade. The back patio has an awning, a table and six chairs and grants access to the pool. Parking and a barbecue are available.
