Renovated holiday apartment in a historical building in Belmonte Calabro
This two-room apartment is on the first floor of an old building from the 18th century in the historical centre of Belmonte Calabro. Accommodation stylishly renovated in 2015 awaits you with 50m² of living space. Two to four people can be accommodated.
The apartment features a balcony (without garden furniture) situated on the quiet street side. There is a public car park nearby. You can borrow two bicycles for adults, for exploring the popular area.
The house features antique furniture and the floors are laid with beautiful tiles in a traditional style. The exposed ceiling beams enhance the cosy atmosphere. The enormous bedroom measures 32m² and is furnished with a double bed (160 x 190cm) and two single beds (90 x 190cm), which can also be joined together as a second double bed. From here you can enjoy a wonderful view of the Tyrrhenian Sea. The living room-kitchen provides a wooden dining table and four wooden chairs, a dresser and a little modern kitchen unit, equipped with a sink, a two-ring hob, a fridge with a freezer compartment and a coffee machine, as well as cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery for convenient self-catering. The kitchen looks out towards the old town. The bathroom is partially tiled and is fitted with a generous shower cubicle, a washbasin, a WC and a bidet. Towels and bed linen are included in the rental price. In the cooler season you can heat the fireplace stove with pellets. Satellite TV and free Internet access are available. There is no air conditioning.
The pretty little town of Belmonte Calabro is in the region of Calabria, in a wonderful hilly location. Within 100 metres there are shops, cafés and a restaurant. There is also a bus stop nearby. You can spend wonderfully relaxing days on the nearby beach, about 1000 metres away. There is extensive information material in the house about the locality and the surroundings. The owner lives 4km away and is available by telephone and e-mail at any time to assist with any queries. Belmonte Calabro is 37km from the Camigliatello Silano ski station, 1300 metres above sea level. The tourist airport Lamezia Terma is 31km from the accommodation.
