This exclusive holiday villa enjoys a secluded location with absolute privacy amidst a hilly landscape a little outside of the romantic little village of Chersonissos on the north coast of the sunny island of Crete. You can spend truly relaxing and carefree holiday days here with the whole family or a group of friends. Enclosed holiday villa built in 2001, nestled into a green hilly landscape, with a private pool, an outdoor shower and a traditional stone grill on the roofed terrace, with an extensive panoramic mountain and sea view

The living room opens directly onto the 1100m² enclosed site and the 9 x 5-metre private pool with a metal ladder to facilitate entry. The roofed terrace with an outdoor shower has a big, traditional stone grill for leisurely meals under a starry sky. You can make yourselves comfortable on the wooden chairs around the wide wooden dining table and enjoy an extensive panoramic view over the mountainous landscape as far as the sea. A car is recommended during your stay. There are secure parking spaces behind the private driveway, right by your holiday villa on the enclosed site.

The generous holiday villa provides a total living space of 200m², spread over two floors. It was newly built in 2001 and then completely refurbished in 2005, and fitted accordingly with all the necessary modern and luxurious amenities for a comfortable stay, including an alarm system for your safety and air conditioning units (cooling and heating) in all rooms. There is a living and dining room flooded with daylight, with an integrated, open kitchen, along with six bedrooms, two bathrooms and a separate guest toilet. The rustic wooden ceiling beams on the ground floor exude a homely country house atmosphere. Here there is the living room with two comfortable sofas and another comfortable sitting corner with wooden furniture, a TV with satellite and cable channels, a stereo system, a DVD and CD player, and a safe for your valuables. Next to it there is the dining table with eight chairs, inviting you to enjoy leisurely meals together. The open built-in kitchen only has the latest appliances, including a four-zone electric hob with an elegant stainless steel extractor fan, an oven, a fridge with a freezer compartment, a microwave, a toaster, a kettle and even a coffee machine. There are also two bedrooms on the ground floor, each with a double bed and access to their own balcony with an extensive view over the hilly natural landscape. Of course all bedrooms have bedside tables with reading lamps, cupboards with plenty of storage space for your clothing and luggage, and a TV. The separate guest toilet on the ground floor is convenient. Wide stairs lead to the upper floor with the other four bedrooms and bathrooms. One of the bedrooms has a double bed and a single bed, the second has two single beds that can also be joined together as a double bed, while the remaining two bedrooms each have a single bed. The daylight bathrooms each provide a spacious shower cubicle, a washbasin with a wall mirror, a hairdryer and a toilet, and one of them also has a washing machine. A supplementary bed can be provided on request, as well as two cots. Plenty of towels and bed linen is provided and the reliable wireless Internet connection in the villa can be used free of charge.

Your holiday villa is about 18km from the centre of the little coastal town of Heraklion with its variety of shops, colourful markets and good range of gastronomy. Despite the peaceful, secluded location of the holiday villa, you can get to the beach quickly, due to the proximity to the main road. It is about 8km to the nearest sandy beach (Karteros), while the nearest shopping facilities and restaurants are only about 1km away in the little village of Episkopi.

    “Geweldige villa in Episkopi! Niet toeristisch, maar juist heerlijk rustig met een traditionele goede taverne om de hoek. Heerlijke buitenruimte met een goed zwembad, een buitenkeuken en een fantastisch uitzicht. Zeer vriendelijke en aardige eigenaars met een geweldige service! Top vakantie gehad, echt alles was boven verwachting! Zeker een aanrader!”
