    “Naast het huis is een klein speeltuintje met een bronwater tappunt. Hier komen heel veel locals hun drinkwater halen in flessen.

    Verder heeft het dorp geen voorzieningen op een hele kleine buurtsuper na.

    Aan de overkant van het huis is een goed en betaalbaar Italiaans restaurant (La Trave) met zeer grote porties.

    In het volgende dorp (Benzio) zit een pizzeria (La Fattoria)

    Voor overig vermaak moet je naar het meer rijden. Wij hebben daar een speedbootje gehuurd. Dat was leuk om te doen. Verder gewoon diverse plaatsjes bezocht al dan niet met behulp van de Ferry.
    Como / Brunate (met het treintje vanaf Como) en Varenna / Bellagio (met de boot vanaf Varenna)”

    “Stazzone ist ein kleines "Bergdorf", in dem nichts los ist. Es gibt einen kleinen Lebensmittelladen und ein Restaurant. Das Preisniveau finden wir entschieden zu hoch. Bei der Osteria im Nachbardorf zahlten wir für ein einfaches Essen (jeder hatte nur einen Gang und ein Getränk) über 70,- Euro. Die ganze Region um den nördlichen Comer See machte uns diesen Eindruck.”
