    “Gemütliche Atmosphäre in der Altstadt mit zahlreichen Lokalen und Imbissen und Bars. Viele Lädchen, bei Selbstverpflegung muß man etwas mehr suchen zum einkaufen, den typischen Supermarkt gibt es nur in vielen kleinen Ausführungen, zu bekommen ist aber alles. Strand direkt bei Altstadt ist schön, aber oft überlaufen. Großer Strand im "neuen" Sozopol, PLatz für alle mit zahlreichen Trink- und Eßmöglichkeiten an der Promenade. Ebenfalls gibt es zahlreiche kleine Strandlokale für den Durst zwischendurch. Preislich o.k., Schirm kostet ohne Liegen 4 Lv (ca. 2 €) - mit zwei Liegen dann 15 Lv (ca. 7,50 €).
    Essen und Trinken absolut erschwinglich, z.B. ganzes Hähnchen gegrillt mit Fritten für ca. 4-5 €.”

    “Die Altstadt von Sozopol hat lebhafte und auch ruhige Ecken. Viele Geschäfte, liebe Leute, viele Cafes und Restaurants. Insgesamt ist der Ort sehr kinderfreundlich und man fühlt sich hier sehr wohl. Abzuraten ist allerdings von der Neustadt. Hier kommt echtes Ballermanfeeling auf. Wer´s braucht, fühlt sich hier wohl. Wir leider nicht. So zogen wir uns zurück in die Altstadt, die Klippen- zum Baden- und unsere super Ferienwohnung.”
