    “Für Reisende, die entspannen wollen und Ruhe suchen, perfekt Location. In Mastichari eine Vielfalt von Restaurants, ebenso in Kos Stadt und anderen Orten der Insel, die zum Teil auch "Nachtleben" mit Bars, Clubs etc. bieten. Mietwagen in jedem Fall zu empfehlen, da der Öffentliche Nahverkehr Touren durch die Insel doch recht zeitaufwendig macht. Einige reizvolle Orte (z.B. Asklepion, Mühle in Antimachia, Ausgrabungen in Kos Stadt, Archäologisches Museum, kleiner "Naturzoo" in Zia), die es sich anzusehen lohnt. Die Insel selbst ist klein und überschaubar, innerhalb einer Woche hat man sicher das wesentliche gesehen und kann sich auf relaxen an Strand und Pool konzentrieren. Tagesausflüge zu anderen Inseln oder in die Türkei (Bodrum) werden zahlreich angeboten, haben wir allerdings nicht gemacht. Superschöner Strand in Mastichari (feiner Sand, nicht überlaufen) , dort auch begrenztes Wasssersportangebot (Kite-Surfimg, Windsurfing)”
