    “Glatigny is een gehucht bestaande uit een aantal huizen en een kerk. Mooie natuur, heel rustig en vlak aan zee gelegen met vriendelijke mensen. Op 3,5 km. afstand ligt een wat grotere plaats genaamd La Haye-du-Puit met een Intermarché, enkele eetgelegenheden een bioscoop en een pub. De bewoners zijn behulpzaam en vriendelijk.”

    “Wenn man diese Region besucht, sollte man schon wissen wonach man im Urlaub sucht: es ist sehr ruhig dort. Das Dorf bietet keine Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Man muss eine Fahrt von 10KM bis zur nächsten Einkaufsmöglichkeit in Kauf nehmen. Gilt selbst für das französische Baguette zum Frühstück. Bis zum Strand sind es 3 KM. Es gibt allerdings Nachbarhäuser, man ist also nicht ganz allein.
    Wenn man genau diese Ruhe sucht, dann ist man hier richtig.”
