    “Het middeleeuwse dorpje ac uasparta beschikt over alle mogelijke winkels, ook drie supermarkten, enkele bars en pizzeria's. In de bar van het dorp is er free WIFI. Zeker aan te raden is het restaurant-pizzeria Casa di Casini, halfweg tussen het stadje en het domein. Probeer zeker eens de plaatselijke specialiteit (stoofpotje van ezel). Ook de pizza's zijn er heerlijk. zeer vriendelijk en niet duur, je ziet er alleen italianen, een echte aanrader.”
