    “Sehr ruhig, aber Strände, Restaurants, Museen, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten etc mit Auto einfach erreichbar.
    Die beiden Villas sind wirklich ungewöhnlich gelungen und eine Besonderheit in der sonstigen Touristenlandschaft Kretas”

    “Gute und günstige Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es auf dem Wochenmarkt in Rethymno. Ein unbedingtes Must-See. Auch frischen Fisch, den man dann nachmittags schön auf den Grill legen kann. Auch im Nachbarort gibt es einen Supermarkt (ca. 5 Km entfernt), das Angebot ist jedocht bei weitem nicht so groß. Auch nach einem Strandbesuch im nahegelegenen Bali kann man in einem der zahlreichen Suptmärkte das Nötigste einkaufen.
    Sehenswürdigkeiten: Das Kloster Arkadi, die Höhle Melidoni, der Hafen von Rethymno und natürlich die zahlreichen und wunderschönen Strände.
    Gastronomie: Sehr zu empfehlen ist die Taverne "Anker" im Nachbarörtchen Panormo. Sehr leckeres Essen (von frischem Fisch bis Fleisch) und äußerst kinderfreundliches Personal.”
