Holiday House in Makarska with Private Parking and Panoramic View

This generous luxury holiday villa with 380 m² of living space is in an exclusive location for a seaside holiday, within walking distance of the beach in the picturesque little coastal town of Makarska in the central part of the sunny coast of Dalmatia. Brand new (built in 2015) luxury holiday villa with a panoramic sea and mountain view from the private pool that can be illuminated at night, with an outdoor shower, jacuzzi on terrace, sun deck with outdoor kitchen, stone grill and private garage

The bedrooms on the top two floors benefit from generous sun terraces with a spectacular panoramic view over the bay and the wide glass sliding doors down in the living room open directly on your private pool (7 x 4m) with plenty of modern sun loungers all around it. Next to the sun deck there is a stone grill built into the wall, inviting you to spend leisurely evenings under a starry sky. The pool is illuminated at night and so you can turn night into day on your well-deserved holiday. If you arrive by car you can use the parking space in the private garage. There are also secure parking spaces right in front of the house.

The three-storey villa was built just recently in 2015 with a stylish design, providing all the necessary modern amenities for a comfortable stay, including air conditioning (cool/warm) in all the rooms. It has a living and dining room flooded with daylight, with an integrated, open kitchen, as well as four bedrooms and five bathrooms. The light wooden floors and silver-grey ceilings on the ground floor exude an elegant atmosphere. The ground-floor living room provides a white sofa and two matching armchairs, a glass coffee table, a wide digital flatscreen TV (satellite receiver and USB port) mounted to the wall, with a DVD and CD player, a stereo system and a safe for your valuables. An elegant breakfast bar separates the living room visually from the glossy built-in kitchen, with a dishwasher, a ceramic hob with a stylish stainless steel cooker hood, an oven, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, toaster and coffee machine. There is a dining table next to it for eight people. On the ground floor there are also one of the four bedrooms and a bathroom. Wide stairs lead up to the first floor and two further bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom. On the top floor you can find the fourth bedroom and the fifth bathroom. All the bedrooms provide a double bed (190 x 200cm), a flatscreen TV, bedside tables with reading lamps and cupboards with ample storage space for your clothing and luggage. The five bathrooms each have a walk-in shower cubicle, a washbasin with a cupboard underneath and a wall mirror, a hairdryer and a toilet. A washing machine and a highchair for a baby are available. Plenty of firewood for the grill, bed linen and towels are provided and the reliable wireless Internet connection in the villa can be used free of charge.

Your holiday villa is only about 500 metres from the sea and from the nearest beach. It is about 600 metres to the centre of the little town of Makarska with its range of shops, colourful markets and good gastronomy. The Biokovo nature reserve in the immediate vicinity is ideal for longer hikes, as well as for mountain climbers and mountain bikers.

    “Ein sehr schönes, luxuriouses Haus mit tollem Ambiente, sehr netten Vermietern und einem super Service. Uns (7 Erwachsenen und einem Baby) hat es dort sehr gut gefallen. Die Räume sehen aus, wie auf den Fotos abgebildet. Das Haus liegt in Hanglage etwa 500m vom Meer entfernt. Die Zimmer sind geräumig und gut ausgestattet. Wer mag, kann Tischtennis, Dart oder Tischfußball in der Garage spielen. Ein hochwertiger Gasgrill und ein Holzkohlegrill stehen zur Verfügung, ein Pool und ein Jacuzzi laden zum Ent

    “Das Haus liegt in einer super Lage ca. 5 Gehminuten vom Strand entfernt. Das Haus sieht aus wie auf den Bildern und der Ausblick ist wirklich traumhaft. Wir waren mit 8 Personen dort und uns fehlte nichts, dass Haus ist super ausgestattet, sauer und gepflegt. Regelmäßiger Austausch der Handtücher und Reinigung des Pools und Jacuzzi. Die Vermieter sind sehr vertrauenswürdig, sehr herzlich, super lieb und nett, sie haben sich sehr gut um uns gekümmert. Wir können das Haus nur jedem weiterempfehlen ohne einen einzigen Kritikpunkt, wir hatten alle einen wundervollen, erholsamen und perfekten Urlaub. Das Haus eignet sich wirklich für alle, Freunde, Familie und Paare.”

    “The price is more than suitable for what you get for it. The villa is absolutely perfect, the view goes way beyond just few islands and the sea when the sky is clear. From the rooftop you also see and the mountain and the sea, beautiful. The hosts were very pleasent, 10/10, they showed us everything for the beginning and they were there if we nedded anything. I'll definitely come back in Makarska and villa Palladium!”
