This prime location ensures you're only a few stops away from the historic heart of the city, making it an ideal base for exploring Rome's timeless allure.

Donna Lavinia a Cinecittà welcomes up to four guests with the option of an additional bed upon request, catering perfectly to families, business travelers, or anyone seeking a memorable Roman holiday. The accommodation provides ample space and privacy in a setting designed for complete independence. The recently refurbished 75sqm apartment is situated on the third floor (with elevator access) of a five-story building and features two bedrooms—one double and one twin—alongside a spacious living room with a balcony that invites relaxation. A fully equipped kitchen and bathroom with laundry facilities add to the comfort of your stay. Amenities are plentiful and include modern conveniences such as a TV, Hi-Fi system, washing machine, ironing board, hairdryer, microwave oven, ventilated electric oven, gas hob, refrigerator, Nespresso machine, American coffee maker/filter, electric broom, plus heating and air conditioning systems.

The holiday accommodation is suitable for guests seeking peace and quiet and privacy in a residential complex, who want to enjoy independence. Also, our guests appreciate to have their breakfast on the balcony (access from the living room) with a view on the garden.

You can share use of a garden outside. There are public parking spaces in front of the residential complex.

In accordance with regional regulations, the apartment is equipped with a First Aid kit, a fire extinguisher and an emergency telephone, to ensure your safety. The house rules dictate that the serving of food and drink is not permitted, so a kit with packaged groceries, such as jam, honey, biscuits, chocolate spread, crisp bread, fruit juices etc. is offered. All the necessary utensils are provided for making coffee or tea. The fridge also has a carton of milk and a bottle of mineral water, and fresh fruit is waiting for you on arrival. This house is certified for holiday lets in category 2, documented by the Agency for travel and Tourism (SCIA) in Rome, tourism department no.QA 2015/30655 of 12.12.2015. The Tuscolano III market is a few dozen metres from the house, where you can buy groceries. Nearby there are also cultural sites, hospitals, universities and companies, so the apartment is ideal not only for tourists, but also for those on longer-term business in Rome. The apartment is a few minutesfrom the Cinecittà film studios, on foot or three stops with metro A, and just a block from the historical Parco degli Acquedotti, part of the Parco del’Appia Antica. Just 200 metres from the house there are the vibrant street Via Tuscolana, the shopping street Via del Cinema, and the Lucio Sesto metro station, with connections in just a few minutes to the sights in Rome. The district is rich in old history and owing to the proximity to the Ciampino military airport there are also modern trains.

    “Die Ferienwohnung ist schön, sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt, der Kühlschrank war gefüllt, es gibt eine Klimaanlage und Wlan; man hat sich direkt wie zuhause gefühlt. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und haben uns am Anfang die Wohnung gezeigt und gesagt, was es in der Gegend alles gibt. Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Straße, sodass man nachts sehr gut schlafen konnte.
    Alles in allem haben wir die Zeit dort sehr genossen und empfehlen diese Wohnung auf jeden Fall weiter!”
