Ground floor apartment with parking and a pool

This modern flat is one half of a semi-detached house which accommodates four people and is located in a new development. From here you can quickly access the beach, the city and leisure activities.

Additionally, there is a furnished patio with a pool (2.5 m x 5 m), only accessible to the guests of this apartment. The patio is accessible from one of the bedrooms. The property is fenced in. The property also offers parking for your car.

The house was built in 2015. The 80m² flat offers two bedrooms with a double bed (150m) each. Each bedroom has an en suite bathroom with a shower. The modern kitchen is furnished with all amenities, including a dishwasher and a washing machine. The living room is furnished with a sofa and a dining table. All rooms are air conditioned.

The house is located in a natural reserve with salt seas and orange trees. It is just a few minutes to the ocean and the long, white sandy beach. Banks, restaurants, shops, sporting facilities, fitness and about 20 golf courses can be found in the vicinity. The airport is approximately 30 minutes from the property.

    “Kleines sauberes Ferienhaus, ideal passend für bis zu 4 Personen. Die Ausstattung mit kompletter Küche, Spül- und Waschmaschine, Klimaanlage, Fernseher und WLAN ist sehr gut.
    Der Pool liegt sehr schön, weitgehend ungestört, und ist ausreichend groß zum Relaxen. Nur für denjenigen, der viel schwimmen möchte, ist er nicht so gut geeignet.

    Das Haus liegt am Ende einer ruhigen Häuseranlage, wobei einige Häuser teilweise über einen Füßgängerweg, welcher hinter dem Pooldeck vorbei führt, erreicht werden können. Hier ist das nur für das gegenüberliegende Haus der Fall. In unseren 2 Wochen haben wir nur einmal den Nachbarn von gegenüber gesehen.

    Direkt neben dem Objekt entsteht ein Supermarkt, wobei das Gebäude desselben den Blick auf dessen Publikumsverkehr verdeckt.

    Das Haus selbst liegt in einer ruhigen Nebenstraße mit vielen umgebenden Ferienhäusern, aber auch in kurzer Distanz zu den größeren Straßen nach Torrevieja und Guardamar del Segura.
    Der nächst liegende Strand ist ca 6 km entfernt.
    In der unmittelbaren Umgebung des Hauses sind nur weitere Ferienhäuser, bisher keine Cafés, Bars oder Restaurants.
    Ein Auto ist auf jeden Fall erforderlich.

    Wir wollten für unsere Ferien ein kleines Haus mit eigenem Pool aber auch der Möglichkeit ans Meer zu gehen. Dafür war das Objekt ideal.”
