This luxury five bedroom holiday villa is set in a peaceful location with amazing panoramic views of the sea, the mountain El Tiede and Cabo Blanco. It is only eight minutes to the beach at Los Cristianos, 12 minutes to the beach Las Americas and 10 minutes to El Medano beach. The most beautiful part of Southern Tenerife.
The internal living space is 330m2 with a huge open plan 80m2 kitchen/Diner complete with a modern kitchen, large American style fridge, modern crystal chandelier lighting, 3 leather sofas and 8 meters of bi-fold openable glass doors that bring those amazing views of the outside inside.
Off the main living room there is a large TV room with a 50" TV hooked up to the internet with an XBMC streaming box attached with 1000's of hours of movies for you to watch. There are numerous WiFi points throughout the villa giving stable internet in all rooms and outdoor spaces. Furthermore there is a large leather sofa and 2 chaise lounges with ample seating for a movie.
The second large living room/play room with a sea view and 4 meter bi fold doors that open. A great space if you need some peace and quiet or somewhere for the kids to play. There are boxes and boxes of toys for the kids if you have any.
Upstairs there are 5 bedrooms, each has its' own balcony apart from one, there are 3 bathrooms, each one has a shower connected to a 550 liter solar tank as so there is plenty of water for everyone. The configuration is 3 double beds and 4 singles. There are 2 baby cot beds and 1 high chair in the house free of charge.
The master bedroom has a massive balcony with a stunning sea view over the coast, enjoy the vista sitting on the comfortable outdoor furniture. There is a large en suite with large shower/WC,bidet and twin sinks. Lods of storage space in fitted wardrobes, also another 50" TV connected to an internet XBMC box with all the entertainment you would need.
The villa boasts a year round swimming with a 6 meter swim spa. This amazing piece of kit is a hybrid of a pool and a jacuzzi that can be heated to 40 degrees centigrade!
The outside areas are well maintained with decorative Spanish tiles, Cuban Palm trees, a neat garden space out from the from the kitchen with various native sub-tropical plants.
The large top chill-out terrace has a gazebo, sun loungers and the best view in the whole house, bring your telescope as Tenerife is the second best place in Northern hemisphere to view the stars.
