Studio with a balcony, on a hill and with a fantastic view of the sea, in a quiet location ideal for relaxing

This studio sits atop a green hill in the traditional village of Ravdoucha and offers you a panoramic view of the sea. It is perfect for relaxing, away from tourist masses. The house is accessed along a normal asphalted road that is not steep, but goes gently uphill.

The big balcony furnished with a table and chairs becomes a second living room in summer. You can enjoy a fantastic view as far as the horizon, with blue sea as far as the eye can sea. The site is not enclosed. You can park right by the house.

The 35m² studio with a separate entrance is on the first floor and is suitable for up to three people. It has a double bed (140 x 200cm), a sitting corner with a comfortable sofa bed (90 x 200cm) for a third person, a dining space and a kitchen unit equipped with a stove, oven, coffee machine, microwave and fridge. The flatscreen TV is mounted on the wall facing the bed. The bathroom has a shower with a shower curtain, a WC and a washbasin with a mirror. The studio is also equipped with a fan. There is no Internet connection, so complete peace and quiet are ensured.

In Kolimbari 6km away there is the nearest supermarket. Kastelli is 12km away, with further supermarkets, restaurants, a pharmacy, a bank and a health centre. It is 500 metres into the village and a kilometre to the beach at Ravdoucha.
